Day 1 | Negombo – Pinnawela - Sigiriya
Start at 9.00 am from Negombo to Elephant orphanage. On the way through coconut plantaitions, Roofing tile factories and paddy fields reach the elephant orphanage to see them in the river. At 1.15pm see the feeding of baby elephants and leave the orphanage. Drive through Kurunegala (The town surrounded with 7 rocks and the 5th ancient capital of Sri Lanka) through Dambulla city proceeds to the guest house in Sigiriya.
Over night stay in Sigiriya.
Day 2 | Sigiriya – Anuradhapura
In the morning 8.00am start driving towards Anuradhapura and start the city tour of ancient city (3rd century B.C to 10th century A.D). Visit Sri maha bodhi ( The oldest tree in the world with a written history and it is a saplin from the original tree which the Buddha attained enlightenment under it), The brazen palace, Ruwanveli seya dagoba (The biggest dagoba in Sri Lanka), Thuparama dagoba (oldest dagoba built in the 3rd century B.C, the right color borne of Buddha is deposited), Lankarama dagoba, Elephant pond, Abhayagiriya monastery complex, World famous Samadhi Buddha statue, Twin ponds, The finest stone carving and the meaning of the Moonstone, The guard stone , Jethavanarama dagoba and museum and Isurumuniya temple (Stone carving of the Sri Lankan Romeo & Juliet). After visiting the city stop for lunch in Anuradhapura and proceed to Mihintale. Visit Mihintale monastery complex built in the 3rd century B.C, (The place where Buddhism was established for the first time in Sri Lanka), Ruins of an Ancient hospital, Refectory hall, Lion pond, Cobra pond, Ambastale, and Mihindu cave and then proceed to Aukana to see the highest Buddha statue in Sri Lanka, in one piece of granite 13 meters in height built in the 5th century A.D. This statue was built by King Datusena while he was building the gigantic reservoir called Kala wewa. After visiting avukana then proceed to Sigiriya.

Day 3 | Polonnaruwa - Sigiriya
Start 8:00 am
After breakfast leave guest house to Visit Polonnaruwa ancient city (10th-12th century A.D), The modern museum, Parakrama samudra (Gigantic reservoir made by king Parakrama the great), Statue of king Parakrama, Library shrine, Palace of king Parakramabahu, The council chamber, The kumara pokuna (pond used by royal family with the water flowing system), Shiva temple, Thuparama shrine room and the glittering statues, Atadage, Hetadage, Vatadage, Stone book, Rankoth vehera, Alahana monastery complex, Gal vihare (Master peace of stone carving), Thivanka image house, Lotus pond and a wood carving factory to see how they make natural colors out of herbs.(The skilled carvers and wood found in this area freely).and proceed to Habarana to have a Ayurveda massage or elephant safari in the jungle, as you like. Evening reach to Sigiriya.

Day 4 | Sigiriya - Kandy
Start 7:00 am
Early morning Climb Sigiriya rock fortress built in the 5th century A.D by king Kasyapa who was a patricide (Sigiriya Claimed as the 8th wonder in the world), see the water garden, bolder garden, world famous Paintings, Mirror wall, Lion’s paws, The swimming pool on top and back to hotel to have breakfast.
After breakfast proceed to Dambulla cave temples (Built by king Walagamba in the 1st century B.C with 22000 square feets of ceiling paintings), Then Next to Nalande Gedige (Temple built in the geographical Centre of Sri Lanka), Spice gardens in Matale, These gardens are famous from the Dutch period. Then in Matale Aluvihare cave temple (Where Buddhism brought into book form in the 1st century B.C) and proceed to Kandy.

Day 5 | Kandy city
Start 9:30 am
Visit a tea factory, a gem museum, Botanical garden (best garden in Asia), Batik factory and in the evening 5:30 pm the kandian dance show and the temple of the tooth at 7:15 pm the ceremony time.

Day 6 | Kandy- Adam’s Peak
On the way plenty of pictures of the tea plantations and ladies picking tea leafs, waterfalls, and proceed to Adam’s peak Dalhousie.

Day 7 |Adam’s Peak – Nuwaraeliya
Start Climbing 3:00 am and reach the top, see the sunrise and on the way descending watch magnificent views and through tea plantations reach guest house for breakfast. After breakfast passing reservoirs and two waterfalls Devon water fall, and St.Clair water fall and reach Nuwaraeliya.
Overnight stay in Nuwaraeliya.
Day 8 | Nuwaraeliya - Ella
If someone like to do a train journey we can drop you in Nanu-oya and pick up you in Ella.
Start 9:00 am
Visit Nuwaraeliya city (so called little England, English planters city), colonial hotels, Race course, Golf links, the post office building, do some walking around the city and reach to Hakgala botanical gardens. Then through Bandarawela proceed to Ella.
Overnight stay in Ella.
Day 9 | Ella - Tissamaharam
Start 9:00 am
Before leaving Ella, First watch the magnificent view of Ella valley and then Rawana waterfalls and then in Wellawaya manual pottery manufacturer to see how they do it by hand and proceed to Tissamaharama. Have a small break before starting the safari.
3:00pm Start from the hotel by jeep to visit the Yala national park.
Overnight stay in Tissamaharama.
Day 10 | Tissamaharama - South beach stay
Start 8:00 am
The driver will drive through south coastal road passing nice beaches and stilt fisherman in Weligama and the guest can decide where to make their beach stay in the recommended beach towns, Then the driver end the tour after transferring you to a hotel or guest house as you decide to stay,
Tangalle, Nilwella, Mirissa,Unawatuna, Hikkaduwa, Kosgoda, Induruwa, Bentota, Beruwala or Negombo.
